Pioneer Trek 2009

The pictures are from our stake YM/YW pioneer trek. Marlee, Rachel and Dad participated this year. The kids had a great time as did I It was a great experience for all who went, some will just appreciate it later. The gentleman with me in the picture the above is Elder Claude Rawlins who runs the farm and took care of anything we needed. Elder Rawlins also served in the Seattle temple and is the one who sealed Suzanne, myself and the kids together in 1999. This is the first time we have seen each other since.

Me and Kerri were brewing up some homemade rootbeer for a stake dance. The rootbeer came out great.

Me and Suzanne took a trip up to Sandpoint to watch the District XC race. Jordan ran a strong race and posted a PR his last one of his High School career. Suzanne was getting weepy during and at the end of the race but she wouldn't let me post that picture.

Our new addition to the family "Rocky" lies down to relax. Rocky came to us via Ryan who could not take him in. The kids finally have their dog. Something they have been asking for for a while.

Rachel and Kerri enjoy putting ALL the candles on Dads birthday cake. We didn't light them for fear of burning the house down or at least loosing some arm hair.
